    The château is a 5-minute walk from Rolle's main train station, which has direct trains every half hour from both Geneva and Lausanne.

    • From Geneva main station: 25-minute train journey at :08 and :38 past the hour.

    • From Geneva Airport: 45-minute train journey. Take any train to Geneva main station, then transfer to one of the trains mentioned above.

    • From Lausanne: 25-minute train journey at :00 and :30 past the hour.

    Bus

    Several bus lines connect Rolle to nearby towns and villages.

    • 835 (Gland – Gilly – Rolle) → Stop: Rolle Prairie

    • 836 (Gland – Bursinel – Rolle) → Stop: Rolle Prairie

    • 840 (Rolle – Gimel – St-George) → Stop: Rolle Gare Nord

    • 846 (Rolle – Perroy – Allaman) → Stop: Rolle Tilleul

    • 721 (Rolle – Aubonne – Allaman) → Stop: Rolle Gare

  • Rolle is easily accessible via the A1 motorway. Take the Rolle exit and follow signs for Rolle via Avenue de la Gare.

    Help reduce traffic and emissions! We strongly encourage carpooling whenever possible. Share the ride with friends or use a carpooling service to make the journey more sustainable.

    • Parking du Château which is free 

    • Additional street parking (white-lined spaces) available nearby.

How to Get There

The Rolle Jazz Festival takes place at the beautiful Château de Rolle, located on the shores of Lake Geneva. The town is well connected by train from both Geneva and Lausanne, as well as by local buses from surrounding villages.

  • The festival takes place at Château de Rolle across two spaces:

    • La Salle du Conseil – The main concert venue, located upstairs, is accessible via a lift.

    • La Salle du Chevalier –  Hosting food, drinks, and some concerts, this space has step-free access.

  • While there are no fully accessible toilets on-site, step-free toilets are available on the ground floor.

  • If you require any specific accommodations or assistance during the festival, please don’t hesitate to contact our team in advance or speak to a staff member on-site.
